Field Operation Process
Field Operation
ARCS maintains the quality control mechanism as a standard manner but strictly for every sectors. At the field operation level, the operation Head will be engaged contracted with every persons of the field staff. The field operation (both of quantitative & qualitative data collection) will be conducted by the direct supervision of operation Head. Field Coordinator, Quality Controller, Field Supervisor & Intervewer will be connected with the operation Head directly. The Team leader & operation Head also will be connected with the field force during operation period. The team leader & operation Head will visit the field & conduct qualitative interviews as well. The respondents’ visiting cards (if there is any) are collected during interview conduction for respondent’s accuracy. The quality control mechanism of field operation for this study will be as side diagram

Sampling MethodsSnowball Sampling
Snowball sampling is a non-probability sampling method where currently enrolled research participants help recruit future subjects for a study.
For example, a researcher who is seeking to study leadership patterns could ask individuals to name others in their community who are influential.
This technique is called “snowball” because the sample group grows like a rolling snowball. Non-probability sampling means that researchers, or other participants, choose the sample as opposed to randomly selecting it, so not all members of the population have an equal chance of being selected for the study.
